Returns & Exchanges

Because hosiery is worn directly against the skin, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items. This is standard across the industry and ensures every customer receives product that has never been worn or handled.

Unopened Items

If you change your mind before opening your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, sealed packaging. Email us at hello@poshonyx.com and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Defective Items

If your hosiery arrives with a defect or snag, we'll replace it immediately — no return required. Email us a photo at hello@poshonyx.com within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If we made an error with your order, we'll make it right. Email hello@poshonyx.com and we'll ship the correct item the same day.
